Staff How to Reset your AUB Password via the Self Service Portal - all Platforms
Important information
If you have chosen to reset your AUB password, whilst you are offsite, it is important to understand that after the password reset you will still be required to logon to your AUB laptop\workstation using your previous password.
The reason for this is because when you are offsite the AUB laptop\workstation is not connected to the AUB network\system.
Therefore, your previous password is cached\saved and will not be updated until you come onto Campus and the device can then synchronise with the network.
When you are offsite and once you have logged onto your laptop\workstation using your previous password, you can then continue to use all cloud-based applications, such as myAUB, Teams etc. using your new password.
Please also ensure, that have removed all personal devices connected to the Eduroam Network, by selecting the "Forget" option on your device.
