- Open the settings app on your phone.
- Go to "Connections"
- Select "Wi-Fi".
- Select "Eduroam" from the list of WiFi networks.
- This will bring up a menu. You will need to configure this exactly as below.
- For the "EAP Method", select "PEAP".
- In "Identity", fill your whole AUB email address.
- In "Password", fill your whole AUB password.
- For "CA Certificate", select "Don't validate".
- For "Phase 2 Authentication", select "MSCHAPV2".
- This should be all you need to configure. Ensure "Anonymous identity" is left empty.
- Next, click connect, and you should see Eduroam connect. Please allow upto 30 seconds for the first time connection.
If you have reset your password then you may need to forget the network from your phones list of known networks.
You can do this by going to Phone Settings > WIFI and long pressing on the Eduroam network and selecting forget this network,
The configuration may vary depending on Android version and the device you're using.
The device used in this video was a Samsung S23, on Android 13, One UI 5.1
