STAFF - How to Create a Network Shortcut (Windows 10)
If you wish to connect to a Network Resource such as a Department Drive then you can create a shortcut by doing the following:
1. Right Click your Desktop.
2. Click on New Shortcut.

3. Then type the Location of the Item EG:
\\businessfs02\ -Business Department Drives -If you click Browse you can choose the department you require
\\businessfs01\ -Business Department Drives - If you click Browse you can choose the department you require
\\sitslive\siapp -Sits Database - You will need to be provided Access to this.
4. Then Click Next and Finish.This will create a shortcut on your desktop.
