STUDENTS - How do I save/convert a Word document to a PDF?
To convert a Word document to a PDF file, first open the document.
Next, select, File > Save As... on the top toolbar.
In the option box select the File Format tab and change the option to PDF.
Then click Save.
This will then save a version of the current document as a PDF, if you have made any changes remember to save the document as a Word Document (.docx) file too. Also, remember that editing a PDF is more difficult, therefore it is better to only save the PDF version once you are finished.
