How do I contact Campus Services?

To contact campus services, include a brief description of your fault as well as your contact details in an e-mail to facilities@aub.ac.uk

Your request will then be logged on the campus services help system where it will be classed as an ‘incident’ and allocated a number to identify it.

Your incident will be prioritised against the urgency of the request and you will be contacted by the technician who has been assigned to your incident.

If you wish to check the progress of your incident, you can do so by clicking the incident number on any email correspondence relating to the incident.
